2. WHO ARE YOUR CUSTOMERS?
The best product doesn’t sell if you don’t know or don’t define who is your audience for your particular product. You need to know to whom you are speaking to with your brand and your marketing campaigns.

What would make your customer happy? What would make their life and the job-to be-done easier? For example: A Network Platform to connect with former schoolmates for a 10 year reunion party.
Job-to-be-done
What is the job the customer wants to get done in their work or life? For example a platform for document sharing with different departments of the office to simplify the workflow.
Pains
What is annoying or troubling your customer? What is preventing them from getting the job done? For example the project management is chaotic and they need a tool to get an overview about the project, tasks and people envolved.
3. WHERE ARE YOUR REVENUE STREAMS?
How to you think you will earn money? Does you customers can buy your product or service in your store or online? Do you have remaining customers or do they buy once? Have you an subscription kind of business? How much do you need to earn to cover up your costs and pay the bills? Have you enough starting capital? How to you think you are going to make your first sale? Important questions with difficult answers.
